Aniimo weather gates spawn points, which is why a creature you cannot find in the sun walks out in the snow.

Rain and snow each ship twice, once ordinary and once heavy, and both ids gate the same spawns. The broadcast is the game’s own wording and it carries two slots: {0} becomes a place and {1} a creature when the message is sent, so those two words are not fixed in advance. Cross weather with time and region.

It runs on its own track rather than as a weather, which is why it never shows in the 24 hour forecast. The energy ladder.
